Every customer enquiry,
followed up automatically.
Flowtask replies, qualifies, books and follows up every enquiry, even when you’re on the job. One simple system – set up and managed for you.
- First reply in under a minute
- Available 24/7
- Set up for you – no software to learn
What do the calls you miss cost you?
Set your two numbers: the result updates in front of you, and nothing is sent.
Conversion rate used: 25%. In other words, we assume only one missed call in four would have become a job. That is deliberately cautious.
An estimate based on your own numbers and a deliberately cautious conversion rate. Nothing here is a promise of results.
When you’re on the job, customers don’t wait.
An enquiry lands at the wrong moment, the reply comes late, the details get scattered and the job goes to the first tradie who answers. It’s not a lack of care – it’s a lack of time.
Missed calls & messages
An enquiry comes in mid-job, on the road or on a site visit. Nobody picks up.
Handling missed calls (FR)Slow replies
The customer wants a clear answer, right away. While they wait, they’ll often ring a few other tradies.
Scattered information
Texts, emails, notes and spreadsheets – keeping track of where each conversation stands quickly becomes impossible.
Forgotten follow-ups
A quote with no follow-up can sit unanswered, even when the customer still wants the job done.
A missed call can still turn into a job – as long as you reply within minutes.
A customer calls
A burst pipe needs an urgent call-out.
The call is missed
You’re on another job with both hands full.
The wait drags on
The customer waits and starts ringing other tradies.
Key details are missing
All you have is a number – the job, the suburb and the urgency are anyone’s guess.
The problem isn’t the enquiry.
It’s replying while you’re on the tools.
30 seconds on a job site.
The call is missed: Flowtask replies by text, qualifies the enquiry and offers a time slot. You get a complete enquiry without picking up.
How it works (FR)The missed call becomes a qualified enquiry.
Here’s what happens automatically, in real time, while you stay on the job.
Lead created

Book & notify
The customer gets a booking link and you get a clear summary of the enquiry.
Follow up automatically

What Flowtask sets up for a plumber.
How one enquiry unfolds, from the missed call to the review request. No customer is quoted: Flowtask is starting out, and real feedback will be published here once it exists.
A sole trader plumber, out on jobs all day. Calls come in while he’s working and go to voicemail. By the time he rings back in the evening, some customers have already booked another tradie.
Every missed call triggers an automatic text that replies, asks the right questions and offers a time. The quote is followed up on day 1, day 3 and day 7, then a Google review request goes out after the job.
10:12, the call goes unanswered. The customer gets a text that replies for you, asking for their town, the nature of the fault and how urgent it is. Their record is created from the answers, a slot is offered, and the tradesperson receives a summary. The quote then enters the follow-up sequence.
Real support, not another tool to configure.
Flowtask works like an extra set of hands in the office – simple to understand and easy to build on.
A generic tool
Standard- Setup left to you
- Features that don’t connect
- A rigid, standard process
- Mostly technical support

The Flowtask approach
Tailored- Set up with you, for you
- A fully connected customer journey
- Rules built around your business
- Hands-on help from real people
You are dealing with a person, not a support desk.
Flowtask is me: Baptiste Hiret. I design the system, set it up for your business and look after it afterwards. There is no rota and no file passed from hand to hand: I answer, not a ticket.
I built Flowtask for a simple reason: in a business of one to five people, enquiries always land at the wrong moment, on site, at the wheel or at a customer's home. That is not carelessness, it is that nobody can be in two places at once. Flowtask answers in the meantime, in your words, then hands the conversation back to you.
What that means: I take on few clients at a time, I say no when a request falls outside what the system can do, and I do not claim results I cannot yet show. The first customer feedback will be published here once it exists.
How I work, in detail (FR)A simple setup and a controlled launch.

What the other ways of not missing an enquiry cost
- A purchased lead €15 to €80 From a lead marketplace or Google Ads. The same lead is often sold to several trades at once.
- A human answering service €80 to €400 / month Someone picks up for you, during business hours only.
- A full-time employed assistant at least €34,000 / year Estimate published by an answering service (Optilib); holidays and cover come on top.
- Flowtask €249 excl. VAT / month Around the clock, at a fixed cost whatever the number of enquiries.
Market ballpark figures, worth checking for your area and trade. A subscription costs about the same as a handful of purchased leads, except that it works on all the others.
